Background and Education

Dr. Balinger graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, in 2010. He then completed his residency in general surgery at St. Luke’s Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, inspiring him to pursue the most comprehensive training available. In addition to six years of postgraduate surgical training, Dr. Balinger further honed his plastic surgery specialty skills in a three-year fellowship in Houston, TX.
